Running like a demon, preparing for Balticon, but I had to post a quick message: First, go check out Stranger Things. Now - was speaking with Chris Hanel the other day (of Formula fame) and he mentioned to me that I should clarify some things. Yes - in my blog, I totally wrote about Chris dissing me at the Fanzillacon many years ago. BUT - It was a misunderstanding. No parties harmed. Chris and me is good now. No hard feelings. So you don’t need to email him with “How dare you rip on Earl Newton!!” etc etc etc. I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t secretly delighted that people still read this blog and care enough to hunt down my quote-unquote “adversaries” and flame them. But - turn off the venom toward Chris, he is a very cool guy with a LOT of good things going for him. Like this, for example. And we are very cool with each other. Here, I even have pictures to prove it:
